The CrowdProperty Standard Account is your central CrowdProperty account, which you open when you register to become an investor. You are not obliged to pledge from this account, and it is completely free to open. If you pledge via your CrowdProperty Standard Account, you may have to pay tax on interest paid throughout the tax year. Once you have your Standard Account you can then open any of our other types of account – a CrowdProperty Innovative Finance ISA, or a CrowdProperty Pension account. It is then your choice which of your accounts you choose to pledge from.
