strategy & vision

This is phase 1 of a 2 phase raise project where CrowdProperty has agreed a maximum loan facility of £575,000 for the construction of a single new-build dwelling. Lenders will receive interest equivalent to 8% per annum, this interest will be rolled up and paid alongside the capital invested at the end of loan term (up to 15 months).

The project is located on a parcel of land adjacent to Manor Farm House, Newton Tony, 9 miles north east of Salisbury. Newton Tony is located 16 miles north of the New Forest National Park and just 9.2 miles south east of Stonehenge. Salisbury Railway Station is just 9.2 miles from the site offering good connections to London Waterloo, Exeter, Bristol and Southampton. The property is located 1.1 miles from the A338 providing road access to Andover and Salisbury and access to the A303 a major road link from London to the West County. Amenities in the village include, a public house, post office and church.

Planning has been granted by Wiltshire Council, reference number 18/03461/FUL for the development of a single two storey dwelling and refurbishment of former stables to external stores.
