REAL is our specialist funding solution for bridging and light refurbishment projects. Ideal for loans of up to £500K (or £750K in London), REAL removes the bottlenecks of traditional funding, with a streamlined process and a better net day 1 position.
RESI
RESI covers our funding solutions for all property development projects from £100K-£10M including everything from light and heavy refurbishments to modern methods of construction, airspace projects and large-scale residential developments.

CrowdProperty funded the development of 10 new build properties, of which three will be set aside for Affordable Housing, comprising of high-quality, traditional houses built using local “Ham” stone. The development team has undertaken over 20 co-living accommodation conversions, with this project being a natural progression of their property experience, moving into new build development.

What type of projects do you fund?
The list is too long to cover everything, but we fund new build, self-build, air rights, commercial to residential conversion, HMOs, serviced accommodation conversion, extension and refurbishment, title splits, bridging purchases, auction purchases amongst others.
Is there a limit on how much I can borrow?
As a fast scaling business with a vision of lending £400m of property project finance per year by 2024, we currently have an upper limit of £10,000,000. The lower limit for loans on CrowdProperty.com is £100,000. CrowdProperty can also provide mezzanine finance to experienced property developers.
Do I need to be an experienced developer to obtain a loan?
Experiential knowledge is invaluable in the property market. At CrowdProperty, we focus on the potential of every project. This is why our team of experts appraise projects to determine the credit worthiness and ability to repay. Thus, we prefer to work with projects that have experienced developers undertaking them.
